Smaller conferences, business meetings and interviews are best accommodated in our Library. If you are organising a small business meeting (seating up to a maximum of 20 delegates boardroom style and 25 in a theatre style layout), our day delegate conference package includes everything you need to guarantee a productive session. From refreshments on arrival and during breaks to a plentiful lunch, we take care of every aspect for you.
For extended conference requirements, delegates can be accommodated overnight in one of our 28 en-suite guest bedrooms - our 24 hour delegate package is perfect for these requirements.
This is a highly distinctive room with an unusual conical shaped ceiling - octagonal in shape its panelled spired ceiling rises to a height of about thirty feet. Eight ceiling and wall lights ensure that the room is well illuminated. There is, of course, a full black out facility.
The Library is located at the far right of the hotel and benefits from being a quiet location making it the perfect location for the guaranteed privacy of your meeting or interviews. Our lounge alongside is ideal for a break-out room, or waiting room for your candidates attending interviews.
The centre of the room is occupied by a magnificent oval mahogany table which seats a maximum of 20 delegates. Flipcharts, projectors and screens fit comfortably into this unique meeting room. It is also a firm favourite for business dinners. There are full bathroom facilities nearby.
Our conference packages include refreshments through the day including lunch served in our Clarkes Restaurant. We can arrange breakfast rolls on arrival and freshly-made cakes for your afternoon break.
